The Comber is important cotto(?) Spinning quipment.With the development of cotton textile industry;people need higher performance comber than before. Domestically produced and overseas comber existence disparity,so the development of high-speed and high-performance Comber is necessary.The digitization multi-power drive comber is actuated by more electrical machinery synchronization, Increasingthe comber's speed from 330 nips(?)/min up to 500 nips(?)/min.At the same time to resolve variety of issues that brought about by the high speed of camber,the problem include of the cotton net quality,the yarn quality of sliver,as well as the mechanical noise,vibration and so on.This article mainly do the research of the nipper and Laura separation system based on the CJ40-combing machines,through analysis,proposes the new design and the structure improvement program for the multi-power drive comb.The main used software is ANSYS10.0 and ADAMS 2005.The article main includes two parts.The first part is the analysis of the nipper drive system structure,simulated implementation components' movement and force complexion in ADAMS 2005, based on the simulation data,put forward a new nipper drive mechanism,and simulated the new structure.Because the nipper is the main loaded component,in order to further reduce the quality of the comber,do finite element analysis for the plate under the comber,and optimizing its structure.The second part is the analysis of the separation roller drive mechanism,through the analysis of the existing separation Rolla's transmission line,put forward the new project of use two motors directly drive the composite gears system to boost the separation roller,re-design the gear to ensure that the servo motor running in one direction and at a higher speed range,using kinematics analysis software to verify the reasonable structure.In this article extensive use of simulation-aided design software to help design, saving the cost of design,through simulation put forward a number of new programs, and have applied for tow patents.
