The Ketone-benzol Dewaxing is one of the key steps of the production of lubricating oil. The Ketone-benzol Dewaxing Solvent Recovery System comsume most of the power consumption. The optimization with the goal of reducing the comsuption of Solvent Recovery System becomes an efficient way to reduce the cost of the plant and increase the profit. We research the process of the Ketone-benzol Dewaxing Solvent Recovery System, and model the process and find a way to optimize it in order to reduce the power reduction. The results of our research are listed down below.We put forward a membrane computing(MC) based particle swarm optimization(PSO), and use the new algorithm optimize the BP neural network, and use the membrane computing based particle swarm optimization based BP neural network to model the heat exchange network, and then give out the model of the three-effect evaporation system. And then establish the model of the solvent recovery rate(e) and the model of power consumption(Q). After that, we put forward a membrane computing based differential evolution algorithm(DE). Under the condition which accords with the limited factor, ascertain the minimum of the power consumption as our target, apply the membrane computing based differential evolution algorithm(DE) algorithm in the optimization, determine the best condition the system should run in. At last we give out the result of the stimulation.
