As the energy shortage problem is increasingly prominent and serious,it would become more and more important to explore the new methods of energy saving and optimization to improve the whole process. The production of lubricating oil with the method of ketone-benzene dewaxing process is high energy-consumption.During the whole ketone-benzene dewaxing process,the energy consumption of solvent recovery system accouts for50%~60%of the total energy consumption.It is very important for the company to reduce energy consumption and optimize the process in research of the solvent recovery system.The paper studies the principle and energy saving measures of three effect evaporation of the solvent recovery system based on the process of3#ketone-benzene dewaxing device for Sinopec GaoQiao Company.To simulate and optimize the dewaxed oil,the oil containing the wax and the wax liquid solvent recovery system in application of Aspen Plus,which is applied to the steady-state process,we build the model of ketone-benzene dewaxing process,which is consistent with the actual working conditions.Based on the simulation of the process,we have got the optimal pressure value of flash tower and flash tower through the method of sensitivity analysis and optimization;got the distribution of steamed out rate of the first three flash tower on the method of sensitivity analysis;have solved the solvent with the problem of water to optimize and develop the ketone-benzene dewaxing process on the use of N2as the stripping stream instead of the superheated steam,have finally achieved the target of energy saving and consumption reduction. Finally, the decrease of energy consumption for the dewaxed oil,the oil containing the wax and the wax liquid solvent recovery system was respectively40.59%,56.60%and56.96%.
