Research In Argumentation Management System For Plans Of Land Reclamation In Mine Area

Land reclamation plans system is a new system, which was established in accordance with the great damage of local land resources and ecological environment and according to reclamation delayed in mine area, its purpose to achieve the synchronization of mining and reclamation and ensure the quality of reclamation in the control of plans. Mining productions cause the destruction of land resources in varing degrees, and form a large amount of land to be reclaimed, worse is the phenomenon that new dammage appears while old dammage have yet to be fundamentally resolved is common in destruction of mine land, with the rapid development of urbanizatios and industrialization, mining industry will develop further, and the damage of land will increase further, therefore, land reclamation plans system in regulating and guiding the land reclamation is very important.Currently, evaluation efficiency of land reclamation plans is not productive, and Program cycle is length in the assessment process, units of Preparation are lack of guidance in Establishment, Therefore, it is necessary to develop an online program review system. Based on the present problems of the field and information management system, software engineering development methods and advanced Internet technology are used, while introducting the knowledge of expert system, the basic modules of the system are developed, such as user submitted of reclamation plans, reclamation plans review, experts evaluation, the argumentation management system for plans of land reclamation in Mine Area was established which was networked and practical, this research has accomplished from the aspects as described as follows.Firstly, the significance and content of the research was introduced, it's found that expert systems have not yet applied in the evaluation of mine land reclamation plans by analyzing the development process of Network evaluation system.Secondly, with in-depth requirement,feasibility analysis and assessment process analysis in the system development process, index system of evaluation was established and major evaluation factors were selected as assessment indicators.Thirdly, overall framework of the system and the function modules were designed. A method of knowledge expression were proposed basing on production to represent the domain knowledge, and the structure of knowledge base was designed, through researching knowledge representation method and the characteristics of knowledge in land reclamation plans. In accordance with the rules of knowledge logic and refinement of knowledge requirements, the solving model of expert assessment was established, and expert assessment of uncertainty reasoning mechanism based on CF was designed, which has improved the accuracy of assessment results.At last, configuring the platform of system's software, the implementation of main function modules were completed, system structure, function modules, workflow and database were designed in detailed through starting from requirements. The argumentation management system for plans of land reclamation in mine area was developed,which used MVC development model basing on struts and object-oriented thinking, Windows XP+Tomcat 6.0+SqlServer2005 as server platforms, the Eclipse+ MyEclipse6.0 as the development tools,JAVA as development language.This system was tested, and the result shows that knowledge expression based on production will help to improve the efficiency of storage and system maintenance; use uncertainty reasoning model can achieve scientificly the optimal solution; argumentation management system based on web is beneficial to evaluate plans rapidly and efficiently for experts and manage plans reasonablly for the department of land, the system is suitable for modern requirements of information to the department of land, which fill up the blank of expert systems in this area.
