China, under the process of accelerated industrialization currently, isconfronted with the increasingly severe situation of resources and environment,among which coal mining has detrimental effects on various aspects ofenvironment-including land, water, and atmosphere. Large-area landdepressions have been caused by coal mining, which seriously impedes theprogress of economy and social development. Therefore, land re-reclamation incoal mining subsidence is crucial to sustainable development of China.The basic work of land reclamation is to evaluate the adaptability of landresources to be reclaimed. Although many of studies have been done about themethods of land reclamation evaluation during the past25years,but on oneside,the evaluation results are still not robust as a result of various factors relatedto land reclamation,and some previous studies tend to focus on ultimatecondition to evaluate the adaptability of land resources, which takes no accountland characteristics throughly. On the other side, excessive evaluation unitsmake the process time-consuming and less efficient. In order to solve aboveproblem, production system is introduced into land reclamation evaluation. It can efficiency solve the problem of the low appraisal accuracy, the processtime-consuming and less efficient. And further increase intelligence of landreclamation evaluation. Production system is one of the most typical basicstructure in artificial intelligence system. And it can quickly and preciselyreason and analyze the conclusion for the problem based on The databaseinformation in computer.It save the time of evaluation, avoid artificial factorsof evaluation results, and have important practical significance.This paper mainly analyzes land reclamation evaluation in miningsubsidence regions caused by underground mining. Through studying the theoryof land reclamation, the theory of land reclamation evaluation and productionsystem, this paper design factors database of land reclamation evaluation oftypical region in Shanxi Province on the basis of experience of reclamation areaevaluation. And then design the land damage evaluation rule database, landsuitability evaluation rule database based on land reclamation technicalstandards and other related standards. Land reclamation evaluation system basedon production is produced by integrating SQL and MapObject control inprogramming language of VB. Using the system can detect technologyevaluation and benefit evaluation, and give proper evaluation factors accordingto different evaluation areas, then input index weights by means ofhuman-computer interaction, so as to evaluate land reclamation. Theperformance of the system is validated using field data of a mine in ShanxiProvince. The result shows the evaluations of the system are consistent with that of the report.
