Research On Simulation And Controlling Of DSS Modeling In Marine Pollution

In recent years,with the rapid development of coastal areas population, especially of ocean fishery,transport, chemical and other marine industries, coastal areas and coastal environment has been damaged. The Research on Simulation and controlling of DSS modeling in marine pollution is to control the pollution and analyse the major factors of pollution.Land-based sources are the major source of marine pollution. According to the data of Annual Statistic report on environment and Bulletin of marine environmental quality in China, Therefore, control and reduce land-based sources is the most important protection and the most effective measures of the marine environment.Total amount of major pollutants in marine simulation and the control measures, is a complex matter of the marine environment, marine environmental planning and management of the marine environment and other aspects.The research on marine pollution simulation and control of decision support system modeling, divide into the total simulation system of marine pollution and marine pollution control system.The total simulation system can achieve an initial total of major pollutants on the marine simulation, and lead to the policy proposed to the measure of controlling marine pollution, marine pollution control systems based on game theory, by analyzing the environmental regulatory authorities and enterprises action and the establishment of multi-vendor game model of the region, avoiding contamination "free rider" problem.In the total simulation system of marine pollution,System dynamics model simulated the total amount of major pollutants and the pollutants elements,while when deciders make decision through the model and study the factors or parameters of sensitivity and system stability, can made control program according to the needs and pollution.In the pollution control system, specially introduced the total control of marine pollution relevant technology method, introduces the gambling theory charging of environmental pollution control model, Executive Order-control policy is a good and timely development evaluation, combination of marine pollution.The results and conclusions of the study in the thesis are as follows:(1)First, The deep study of the environmental decision support systems, simulation and control of marine pollution research laid a solid theoretical basis for the marine environment decision support system modeling.(2) Marine pollution simulation and control of decision support system modeling, divided into the total simulation system of marine pollution and marine pollution control system.Total simulation system based on the SD principle of using the Vensim software, realized the total marine simulation, and proposed control measures.(3) Marine pollution control system using game theory analysis and pollution control fee model, provide an operable pollution control program.Recently, building environment-friendly form of community, especially the promotion of economic development and population, resources, and the environment has become the regional implementation of the "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" common principle.Simulation and controlling of DSS modeling in marine pollution related to the maritime sector for the provision of emergency command and supporting decision-making and technical support, on the other hand, is the key technologies to deal with marine pollution.
