| With the improvement of the living standards, the demand for milk is increased, while the quality of milk caused increasing people's attention, the rapid detection of milk constituents in the fields of food safety has become an important issue. This paper conclude the current milk ingredient detection methods, using the light scattering measurement techniques to detect the milk constituents, propose a fast new method. Using the measurement of forward and scattered light measurement method, To detect the concentration of milk, the main particles in order to determine the content of main components in milk. This paper first analyzes the major components of milk, and on this basis, deeply study the principle of light scattering measurements. Upon the Mie scattering theory, set up the mathematical model of the main component and discuss the principle of the rapid detection particle concentration in the milk ingredients. Second, according to the system requirements, using ARM9 and CCD build the core hardware platform of the rapid detection of milk constituent; complete the software design of the milk ingredients rapid detection system, based on Windows CE. Finally, debug the detection system, analyze its errors.Upon the completion of system design do a large number of measurement experiments. Experimental results show that the light scattering measurement method not only has a very good physical interpretation of the measurement results, but also can detect protein and fat concentration of the milk rapidly. Experimental data show that this method has low errors of accuracy and repeatability, which is less than 4%. Meet the precision demand of the rapid detection of the milk composition. |
