Graphene, as a new allotrope of graphite, has attracted wide attention because of its unique two-dimensional structure. In particular, its electron mobility is twice as much as the InSb material which is known to be the highest nowadays. And it has low cost. So graphene film on glass substrate can have a lot of potentials to replace traditional conductive glass (e.g. FTO, ITO).This paper prepared the graphene oxide film at first, and then used thermal reduction to prepare graphene film. This paper studied under different experimental conditions, such as hydrophilic methods, solution concentration, reduction temperature and atmosphere, and determined the optimal method of film formation by comparing the results. The research found that using strong acid as hydrophilic method on glass can make solution better coating, choosing drop coating or spin coating to form films, and adjusting the film thickness according to the concentrations. Graphene film with sheet resistances as low as 1500Ω/sq and transmittance rate of 70% can be prepared by Ar-H2 mixed gas under 1000℃. On the basis of this research work, the paper also made suggestion to the improvement of graphene film preparation.
