For the good adhesion performance and environment-friendly of water-based epoxy resin system, it has been widely use in the paint industry nowadays. In this paper, we have synthesized emulsifier with exopy resin and PEG, and then we have prepared exopy emulsion. And we have synthesized curing agent whose performance is good with improved TETA and exopy resin. Then, with the exopy emulsion and curing agent which was prepared by ourselves, we have make conductivity and anti-corrosion coatings with mica power and antisepticize fillings. After that, the mechanisms of conduction and corrosion resistance are discussed in this paper.The emulsifier is synthesized by epoxy resin and polyethylene glycol (PEG) under the catalyst. The optimal conditions for synthesis the emulsifier are: 80℃, 4h, the amount of catalyst is 0.3%, the ratio of reactant is 1:1.05. In this paper, we confirmed that the ratio of emulsifier is 18% of solid matter when emulsificating E-51 and 15% when emulsificating E-44 by determining the stability of the epoxy emulsion which is stable in the condition of centrifugal effect in 4000r/min and 20 min. The size of epoxy emulsion is 12μm by Mastersizer S.We synthesized watered curing agent with TETA and epoxy resin. The optimization formula is ascertained by orthogonality experiment. The optimal conditions are: TETA is 26.03%, E-51 is 24.50%, E-10 is 41.27%, acetum is 8.21%, the reaction temperature is 65℃and time is 3h, the closed-end temperature is 80℃and time is 2h.The optimization formula is ascertained by single-factor experiment when making film and the condition is that the ratio between epoxy resin and TETA is 1:1.2, the proportion of un-bubble agent is 0.1%, the proportion of rheology agent is 1.4%. Then, we have make conductive and anti-corrosion coatings with the epoxy emulsion and the curing agent which is synthesized by ourselves. The optimization formula is ascertained by orthogonality experiment. And the optimal conditions for making the coatings are: the content of ZnO is 9.98%, the content of 4Zn(OH)2·ZnCrO4 is 1.87%, the content of Zn3(PO4)2·2H2O is 11.22%, the content of mica powder is 24.94% and the content of emulsion and curing agent is 51.99%. And we have studied the performances of conductivity and corrosion resistance. The volume resistivity of the coating prepared according to the formula is 108Ω·cm. And the coating can resist 3% HCl for 96 hours and resist 25% NaOH for 96 hours. By measuring Tafel, we obtained the corrosion current idensity of the coating which is 1.41×10-9A/cm2. The results show the performance is good.
