Issue for toluene exhaust, proposed a new technology of absorption-desorption to recycling toluene in this paper. By process simulating, get the establishment of industrial lateral line installations. The experiment research is focused on the two aspects, the study on the recycling of toluene in industry flue gas by SOLVENT-101, and the study on desorption of the absorbent-rich.During the study of toluene recycling in industry flue gas by SOLVENT-101, some operating parameters of absorber are investigated, including the liquid-gas ratio, absorption temperature, absorb pressure. When the gauge pressure is 0.65MPa, the solvent temperature of 35℃, the liquid-gas ratio 0.04mol/mol, the effective separation height of 3000mm, the absorption rate can reach more than 99%. In the absorption process, the absorption of SOLVENT-101 is steadier, but a smaller loss of absorbent.The study of the absorbent-rich desorption includes the temperature of desorption, the pressure of desorption, and the aromatic hydrocarbon reflux ratio. The results showed that, under the desorption temperature of 100℃, the effective separation height of 3000mm, the desorption rate is about 80%. And when the aromatic hydrocarbon reflux ratio of 4.0, the effective separation height of 500mm, the concentration of absorbent in aromatics is below 1%(GC). In addition, the distillation section is located in the desorption tower, while the stripping tower for stripping by steam. So it is different from ordinary distillation. If the aromatic hydrocarbons reflux is excessive, not only is not conducive to the purification of aromatic hydrocarbons, but will also stripping tower operation instability.In the end, through the experimental data amplified and industrial simulation results, get the design parameters of industrial equipment. Absorber is 10 meters high, 1.3 meters in diameter, the distillation section of desorption tower is 3 meters high, 0.7 meters in diameter, and the stripping section is 5 meters high, 1.6 meters in diameter.
