This paper deduce the trace of spinning roll and forming roll, according to processing parameter of head formed by spinning. This paper determine deforming degree of flat blank in the varied pass of spinning forming. Then this paper deduce the formula of flat blank抯 size of the dish head whose diameter is 2400mm according to JB/T 4729-94. This paper simplified process of spinning head according to elastic-plastic macro deforming finite element theory. The FEM software MARC is used to simulate the forming processing of thick wall head in drffereut teixiperature conditions in warm spinning. This paper appmazh the influence of seven deforming velocity and three temperature to plasticity of flat blank. Suitable temperature parameter and spinning roll velocity parameter has been given according to the result of numerical simulation and the engineer testing in HeiLongJiang province spinning institute. In working, these temperature parameter and velocity parameter is helpful to avoid generating flaw on thick wall head. All the above work can be solved quantificationally, it is helpful to develop and perfect theory and technology of thick wall head warm formed by spinning. All the above work have important significance of theory and utility.
