Stereoselective Synthesis Of Glycosides By Phase-Transition Catalysis

In this paper, the synthesis of glycosides (N-glycosides , S-glycosides and O-glyeosides) has been studied. Under the moderate reaction condition (NaHCO3 solution, room temperature), N-glycosides of 2, 4梚midazolidinedi? one (lla-f), S-glycosides of substituted pyridine (12) and O-glycosides of 2-mercapto benzoic acid(13) were synthesized by Phase-Transition Catalysis. The structure of all compounds were confirmed by IR,NMR,MS spectra. In addition, they were confirmed to be β-configuration, therefore this type reaction is stereoselective. Furthermore,the mechanism is proposed.
