In this paper, the solid phase coordination reaction of polyimide-rare earth metal complexes were carried out by microwave irradiation. Four systems were studied: I .Solid phase coordination reaction of europium ion (IH)(Eu31 and the resultant of polycondensation and imidization of Benzoguanamine(BGA) and Pyromellitic Diaxihydride (PMDA) under microwave irradiation were synthesized and studied. The effect of microwave irradiation time (power) , the composition of two reactants and the reaction temperature on the yield and the content of Eu3~ in the complex were studied . The complex was determined by Fourier transform Infrared absorption (FTLR) , Fourier transform Roman spectrum (FTRR) , scanning electric minor (SEM) and X-ray powder diffraction, and the content of Eu3~ in the complex were measured. The possible structure of complex were inferred The fluorescent emission intensity were measured by fluorescent emission spectrum and the same emission intensity were compared with thermocoordination . The results showed that the complex prepared can emit strong fluorescent of characteristic fluorescent of Eu3~ and the temperature of coordination saturation were lower than that of thertnocoordination. The experimental results also showed that the fluorescent emission intensity was the maximal when the content of Eu3~ was about 3Owt.% in the complex . When the content of Eu3~ was less than 3Owt.%, fluorescent emission intensity raised by rising of the content of Eu3~ ,which illustrated that Eu3~ dispersed uniformly in the complex When the content of Eu3~ was more than 3Owt% ,fluorescent emission intensity dropped by rising of content of Eu3~ ,which illustrated that there was ionomer in the complex. 2.Solid phase coordination reaction of Eu3~ and the resultant of the imidization of polycondensor of BGA and 2,4-tolylenediisocyanate (TDI) and PMDA under microwave irradiation were synthesized and studied. The effect of microwave irradiation time (power), the composition of two reactants and the reaction temperature on the yield and the content of Eu3~ in the complex were studied. The complex was determined by Fourier transform Infrared absorption (FTIR) , Fourier transform Roman spectrum (FTRR), scanning electric minor (SEM), 13C solid state nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometry and X-ray powder difflaction, and the content of Eu3~ in the complex were measured . The possible structure of complex were inferred . The fluorescent emission intensity were measured by 111 I fluorescent emission spectrum and the same emission intensity were compared with thermocoordination. The results showed that the complex prepared can emit fairly high emission intensity of characteristic fluorescent of Eu3~ and the temperature of coordination saturation were lower than that of thermocoordination . The experimental results also showed that the fluorescent emission intensity raised by rising of content of Eu3~ of the complex, which illustrated that Eu3~ dispersed uniformly in the complex. 3. Solid phase coordination reaction of Samarium ion (Ill)(Sm 3+) and the resultant of polycondensation and ixnidization of Benzoguanamine(BGA) and Pyromellitic Dianhydride (PMDA) under microwave irradiation were synthesized and studied. The effect of microwave irradiation time (power) , the composition of two reactants and the reaction temperature on the yield and the content of Sm ~ in t...
