We extracted and entrapped the thylakoid membrane from the spinach. The minimum concentration of the 7 kinds of the herbicides including diuron , atrazine ,ametryn, cyanazine, simazine, prometryne and paraquat are 0.7 X 10 -6M, 1.5 X 10-6M,1.5 X 10-6M ,1.4 X 10-6M, 6.6 X 10-6M, 1.4 X 10-6M and 1.1 X 10-6 M ,respectively,in buffer system adding H2O2 by the use of O2-electroThe results also indicate that the effect of different immobilization methods on the activities of thylakoid membranes are very. Among 3 immobilization methods, the PVA-SbQ is the best one, the activity of thylakoid membrane entrapped in PVA-SbQ being 46%after storing 8 weeks .whereas those of thylakoid membranes entrapped in BSA-GA and Calcium alginate gel being zero or so.In addition, entrapped thylakoid membranes are more sensitive to herbicide inhibition in comparison with the native thylakoids.
