Research On Surface Integrity Of Finishing Hardened Steel

In this thesis, it comes true that finishing turning takes the place of grinding by hard turning 45 hardened steel in index cutter of hornisses alloy on CAK6150C CNC lathe.On the basis of establishing planar cutting model and cutting equation, through analyzing the rigidity of technical system infrequency chart, change cutting coefficient and the angle of cutter etc, emphasis measuring and analyzing hard turning 45 hardened steel the damaged layer of finished surface ^ the roughness on finished surface and the residual stress on finished surface.It basically forms the surface integrity theory of finishing turning 45 hardened steel. What is more, this achievement offers new theory and technology for the surface integrity on finished surface.
