The biological activities of Triazolopyrimidine derivatives and five-nember azolo heterocyclic compounds are reviewed in this paper. Seventy novel compounds were designed and synthesized. The titles can be divided into there series based their structure categories, just as follow:All compounds were identified by H-NMR MS spectroscopy and their fungical activity were tested too. Preliminary bioassay indicates there good fungical activity for Rhizoctonia Slani and Aternaria mali. The compounds(IL III)show good activity for Fusarium Oxyspomm. The biological activity relates there structures.Of all compound the oxadiazolo was the best.
