The aqueous polymerization of acrylamide (AM), initiated by self-produced difunctional organic peroxide, together with reductive agent and azo-compound, has been studied in this paper. The system is called multi-initiating redox system. By contrasting with single redox systems in the literatures, for example, usually using persulfate system; organic peroxide system; redox system of electron rich transference and metal ion system, the multi-initiating redox system in the paper is not only short time in polymerization, but also high in molecular weight and well dissolvent capability. The results show the system is more superiority than any other initiating system. The high efficiency and low temperature in polymerization of the multi-initiating redox system is discussed from dynamics.The concentration of initiator; the concentration of monomer; the temperature of polymerization and the dosage of carbamide; solium ethylene diamine tetracetate acid; sodium formate et al. are particularly reviewed. By orthogonal experimental design, the premium technological parameter in acrylamide polymerization is confirmed.concentration of initiator: 10 mg/Lconcentration of azo-compound: 30 mg/Lconcentration of monomer: 35 %solium ethylene diamine tetracetate: 30 mg/Lconcentration of sodium formate: 20 mg/Lconcentration of carbamide: 400 mg/Ltemperature of polymerization: 5?"CUnder the condition, the molecuiar of polyacrylamide reached more than 25 million.The part hydrohysis polyacrylamide of super high molecular is prepared by after-hydrolysis. By systematically analyzing the influence factors of after-hydrolysis, there are dosage of hydrolytic reagent; the time of hydrolysis; the concentration of polyacrylamide colloid; the temperature of hydrolysis and the dosage of latent solvent. By orthogonal experimental experiment, the best technological condition of hydrolysis is established.dosage of hydrolytic reagen: 30%time of hydrolysis: 6.0 hconcentration of polyacrylamide colloid: 12%temperature of hydrolysis: 90 or sodosage of latent solvent: 300 mg/LThe drying temperature in the drying course of the part hydrohysis polyacrylamide colloid is examined. The drying suitable condition is obtained: vacuum drying, at 60.Under the condition, molecular of part hydrohysis polyacrylamide got to above 28 million.
