In this paper, varieties of researches and productions are summarized and the breakthrough about the diamond saw blade structure is looked after. Several kinds of diamond saw blade with special structure are analyzed by means of finite elements analysis software ANSYS, the theory and reference for the researches and productions designs are put forward.1. The heat disperse principle of air convection about the special structure saw blade with cooling slot and the multi-sandwich-saw blade are Analyzed, difference structure parameters of saw blade are calculated by finite element thermal analysis. The study shows that the thermal stress and the distortion of the saw blades with special structure are less than those of conventional saw blade, its low temperature area increased and the stress convergences weakened evidently.2. The diamond saw blade jointed hard grains is Analyzed by the finite element analysis, the analysis results illuminate that the reasonable distribution of hard grains not only can prevent the abrasion of profile ofblade efficiency, but also the stress convergences around sawtooth are more weaken. It can average the stress and strengthen the saw blades. 3. The saw blades with slit filling damp material is Analyzed by the mode analysis. The effect of difference slit shape, width and quantities are researched, their strong shake model quantities are analyzed and the reasonable slit structure is found out.The researches illuminate that the reasonable structure parameters is an important method about improving the sawing performance, the studies about the structure of saw blade have lots of aspects worthy of exploiting, it can guide the productions designs.
