At present,The diamond saw blades with normal hub are using more widely than other especial diamond saw blades,but the crack and break of sawtooths cause badly effects on sawblade life and process quality. The first,this paper set up a rational mechanics model of sawblade, analyze the triangular distributing of cutting force on sawthooths;The second,this paper analyze the sawthoots fatigue life with fatigue theory; In addition,an experimentation was done to validate the special sawblade with tilted sawtooths.The main work of this paper includes:1 . The distributing of cutting force on diamond segment was discussed,during sawblade cutting,there are two forces load on diamond segments:radial force F_n and tangent force F_t, F_n and F_t are triangular distributing on diamond segments but not averagely distributing.In this work a formula was put forward with wich we can calculate the side load on diamond segments; In this paper a coupled-field analysis model was established to concluded stress in cutting sawblade.2. During diamond sawblade cutting process, Because heat stress and cutting force act on sawblade, circulatory dynamic loads were loaded on sawthooth,this dynamic loads caused sawthooths crack or break, Sawthooth life was estimated in his paper.3. Stress breadthσ_a has main effects on sawtooth fatigue life.In thispaper,many kinds of sawblades with special sawtooth were analyzed.According the results we found that rational sawtooth parameter could minish slot stress,so a special diamond sawblade with tilted slot was designed. 4. Better dynamic stability and small noises are very important criterion to sawblade. Tilted slots possibly effect diamond sawlade dynamic stability and noises,in this paper experimentations have been done to see about diamond sawlade's dynamic stability and noises.
