The environmental pollution of Urumuqi is very serious. Therefore, in order to want and take technology feasible, rational environmental comprehensive administration measures economically we must grasp the environmental information in time, have objective and correct understanding and appraisal to environmental quality. This thesis is launched around this centre, has finished the following work mainly.1. Aiming at questions and defects existing in model to current environmental quality assessment and prediction, author uses fuzzy mathematics and grey systematic theory, proposes a environmental quality assessment and prediction mathematics models suitting Urumuqi reality. Through verifying, conclusion and reality that this model is drawn are identical. Author give a model that publish overcomes drawbacks that other current modelses exist too many miscellaneous with trifles calculation, finally the meaning was abstract, sometimes difficult to distinguish different the differences of environmental quality. It's results can offer full and accurate information, have continuity, comparativity and give clearly physics meaning.2. On the basis of defining environmental quality assessment and predict mathematics model, author has finished the dynamic model system of environmental quality of Urumuqi with VB 6. This system utilizes computer advantages in data management and mathematics operation, can have been at need automatic to choose environmental factor, transfers the monitoring data, realizes environmental quality assessment and prediction accurately fast, and can edit, inquire about, manage and export the environmental information. This system.frees worker from onerous data computing environment and is favorable to popularizing outstanding mathematics models. Furthermore, it can offer reliable bases to make decision for environmental administrative departments and promote computer technology applications in environment appraise and predicting too.
