Study On The Influence Of Soil Pollution On The Structure Of Farmland Soil Animal Community In The Suburb Of Wuhu City

By applying the ideals and researching means of ecology, the paper deals with the influence of heavy metal and herbicide pollution on the structure of farmland soil animal community. The result shows that the two contaminations do harm to the soil animal.The influence of heavy metal pollution on the structure of soil animal community: Compared with the low-heavy-metal-polluted farmland soil animal community, the high-heavy-metal-polluted farmland soil animal communities have less kinds and amounts of soil animal, the superior kinds ebb and flow in individual number and the common and rare kinds reduce or disappear; community diversity index H increase in winter and early summer, but decrease in spring, DG and DIG index decrease too; and the surface aggregation is not obvious. Similarity index shows that there is a low similarity between the two kinds of soil animal community because of heavy metal pollution. In addition, the abundance of soil animal doesn't relate positively with the amount of organic matter.The influence of herbicide pollution on the structure of soil animal community: soil animal communities change greatly in kinds and amounts after herbicide pollution. Individual number decreases sharply one day after spraying herbicide, return to a low level after ten day, and kinds reduce continuously. Community diversity index H increase one day after and decrease sharply ten day after, while DG and DIC decrease continuously. The surface aggregation weakens also, especially the superior kinds.Research development in soil zoology: Features of soil zoology research in China are summarized: research area mainly in eastern China; extensive ecological systems investigated; research done in manifold angels;rapid development in application researches. Fields in soil zoology research that never been investigated are put forward and research developments are summaries in view of ecology and resource. At last, several key fields in soil zoology research are put forward.
