Studies On Reducing Tar Techniques Of High Quality Of Flue-Cured Type Cigarette

The development of low tar cigarette products is the trend of tobacco industry. To reduce the content of the harmful matters in smoke and produce high quality products have become a top priority in tobacco industry. With a complete analyzing the harmful,components of the smoke of cigarette pointing at the tobacco leaf formula expended tobacco reconstructed tobacco ventilation analyzed the effect of the amount of producing the tar with experiment method. The results show:the amount of tar is declining when flue-cured which is low tar,combustion-supporting,the use of additives,reconstructed tobacco,expended tobacco while the amount of tar is same when cigarettes paper which is high porosity which are pereated are used. But if the porosity of cigarette paper are too high,the quality of cigarettes inside will be effected.
