Inquiry Analysis And Disposal Of Countermeasure Of Municipal Solid Waste In Dalian

The disposal of municipal solid waste (MSW) is an important project of environmental protection. Now the ripe method of the disposal of MSW in the world have sanitary landfill incinerate compost pyrolysis,and combining with resource reclamation it becomes an disposal system of MSW. The single disposal method have been proved not to be in the conformity with the principle of "reducing quantity "harmless' "reclamation ".That a country or a city chooses any manner of disposal of MSW must be on the basis of its economic strength and combining with the characteristic of the MSW. Now in Dalian the methods of the mix collection in bag and landfill are naturalized. Though the method simplifies the disposal process and makes the convenience of the producer,it is the simple transfer of MSW for making up much land,making new environmental pollution,and the resource substance of MSW being landfill.There are two parts in the article. In the first part,according to the disposal situation in Dalian,continuous sampling and analyzing the MSW,the characteristic of MSW in Dalian are obtained. The moisture content of MSW in Dalian is high,reach 70%;the low calorific value of MSW in Dalian have not been reached the level of the incinerate and now the method of incinerate can not be naturalized. Organic MSW content is high,and can be use of compost. If we take the separation and collection in Dalian,the 20% material of total can be resource reclamation,and the 65% organic MSW of total can be compost,and only 15% MSW of total can be sanitary landfill.In the second part,according to the characteristic of the MSW in Dalian,we will select the disposal systems :separation and collection +compost +sanitary landfill,and approach to set up the systems of separating collection.
