With the development of modern industry, the environment of city becomes more and more serious. It directly affects the environment of people's life and the development among economy, society and environment. The air pollution is one question of environment in city, and is motioned by more and more people. In order to efficiently control of air pollution, we should make scientific assessment to air quality. So the research for it is very important which we objective and accurate study the current situation of air pollution in city and predict the development trend, also efficiently control of the air pollution to make the strategy of the sustainable development.Based on collecting the air quality dates for weather, geography, the arrangement of city and studying the method on atmospheric environment quality assessment, the Paper assesses the atmosphere environmental quality with the method of fuzzy comprehensive judgement. Considering that environmental system is complicate, changeable and multiplefactor affacted, on the basis of the fuzzy machematies principles, stipulates assessment grade, this paper discusses how to establish judging method Standard and factors, sets up falling trapezoid subordinate function for the system and rati of the environmental factors by the method of over standard with weight. The weighting average mathematics model is founded. Dada base and computer procedure is also introduced into this model by C++ language, which offers the judgment access to Database and avoids troublesome Calculating by manpower.The result prove: This model not only considers the fuzziness of classification limit but also has better strenght on enhances the precision and utilization radio of information than other method. Therefore , the method is scientific simple, accurate. It is successful applied to analyze and evaluate the atmosphere environment quality in rent years of Wuhan city, The conclusion is close to the reality.
