Study Of Analyse Experiment Of The Particle Board's Elasticity Modulus By Micro-Mechanics

Elasticity modulus is main rference to particle board , oriented strands board , reconstitued wood will be used in the framwork and construction , so it is more important that theory study of particle board's elasticity modulus, analyse experiment and numeration simulation of computer.This paper based on the composite mehanics's micro-mechanics theory , approximately theoretical evaluation was deduced and micro-mechanics model was founded of these particle board's elasticity modulus , that supplied theory and method to mathematics stimulation calculation ; and discussed analyse step and experiment method , the exemplar's elasticity modulus of particle board,orientated particleboard ,scrimber was tested , the experiment conclusion of orientated particleboard and scrimber was analyzed , that works out the computer simulation software based on it, in the end, look into the distance of this study .Through these theories , we can set the quantitative mathematics relation of the variety of these particle boards, geometry size, rubbers , felting angel and it's error, particle's mechanics reference,, compression ratio, capacity etc. and board's elasticity modulus, realizing the theory forecast of the elasticity modulus of the new type boards.
