With the living conditions improving as while as the self-civilization level improving in production, daily life and construct in domestic and abroad, it also engendered a lot of circumstance problems, among these, a great deal of micro-particle and solid particles are especially obvious which were dispersed in daily life and production.Micro-particles of dust are diffused into atmosphere from source, and much of them deposited onto various surfaces, these particles are usually imperceptible, affected the surface attribute which deposited, for electronic in production and usage process, the precision apparatus and pipe transportation for particulate material, the surface cleanness condition demands higher, the micro-particles adhesion contamination are immensity, meanwhile brings a lot of loss and harm. It is very important to take method preventing and clearing away micro-particle adhered to surfaces in production and usage process relate to apparatus, equipments. According to these, the circumstance cleanness and the equipments life-span et al will be improved, which also the aim of environmentalists who engage in this research and vocation. If want to solve the micro-particle adhesion problem, we must first study the mechanism and relevant research of particle adhesion onto surface, which are very important and have significant reference and instructional effect.Based on searching a lot of documents on elimination and prevention of contaminative particles, much research work both in micro-particle adhesion mechanism and dynamics were done. The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1) The author searched the literatures in the database both domestic and abroad with aspect to micro-particle adhesion mechanics, cleaning method and dynamics character, summery and related analysis were done, based on these, the research orientation and work that required to do were put forward for micro-particle.(2) Mechanics research progresses at present were fully summarized and analyzed, these are mainly mechanics models, Vander Waals force is the widely adhesion force, the other forces existed at a given condition. Micro-particle adhesion surface are subjected several factors, for instance, temperature, roughness, the surface atmosphere circumstance, et, al, if considered the affects of complex factors, then we can master objective and completely.(3) As searching these literatures, noticed that although the micro-particle adhesion mechanism have achieved a great deal, the visual researches were short of, and the mathematics formulas are often inexplicability. So with the help of visual software MATLAB, simulation to several typical adhesion forces as while as comparison and analysis of magnitude and influence have been done, which deepened the comprehension and analysis to adhesion forces.(4) Several adhesion and cleanness mathematics models of micro-particle have been constructed. These were based on certain a theories, further more a sort of tentative researches. Although the conclusion validity and applicability have been not proved unambiguous, the tentative researches have certain effect, these could support and have references for deepen and widely research.(5) The micro-particle adhesion and the reduce adhesion mechanism have been achieved a great deal, surface problems have effectively solved, however, much more researches and efforts demand do to make the progress abundant. The general cleaning technology has a lot, and each has a certain usage range and condition, so it need to attention and optimization when choice.(6) In limited space, for instance, particulate material was piped transportation or flow with air in vent pipeline, at present, the simulation of this has been done few, so numerical simulation of the dust flow concentration distribution in limited space was made by the help of compute flow dynamics software CFD, derived particle dynamics trait and concentration distribution state, which were available for refinement and optimization the design and operation for the relate system, at the same time, it has some instruction and reference effect for research and practical application in correlation area.
