Part IThe silver nanoparticles were prepared by microwave high-pressure synthesis method. Polyacrylamide was used as reducing agent and stabilizer. The maximun absorption peak of silver colloidal is at 421.6 nm,and its strongest resonance scattering peak is at 470 nm. The influence of main conditions on the microwave reaction was studied. The experiment showed that the silver nanoparticles were well-dispersed and stable. The average diameter of silver nanoparticles is 66nm.The procedure had rapidity and convenience. Part IIRed,purple-red,blue-purple gold nanoparticles in liquid phase have been synthesized by polyacrylamide (PAM) microwave high pressure procedure. The gold soles were characterized by UV-VIS spectrometry transmission electron microscopy(TEM) and Resonance scattering spectra(RSS).The average diameter of red gold nanoparticles is 8.3 nm. There is amaximun absorption peak at 524 nm,and the strongest resonance scattering peak at 570nm.The absorption of dye such as methyl orange,methylene blue,crystal violet(CV),bromcresol green(BG) and bromothymol blue(BB) is one of very important factors to result to resonance scattering peak and valley. Part 111In aqueous solutions of different average molar masses of polyethylene glycole(PEG),a seriesof monodispersed gold nanoparticles (size from 10 nm to 60 nm) were obtained by photochemical reaction. The gold soles were characterized using UV-VIS spectrometry and transmission electron microscopy(TEM). Resonance scattering spectra were applied to study the formation of gold nanoparticles. The morphology and diameter of gold nanoparticles were found depending on the molar mass of PEG The producing of resonance scattering of gold soles resulted from the present of interface in soles and the morphology and diameter of gold nanoparticles. Photochemical reaction mechanism of gold nanoparticles were also investigated here.
