Large hydraulic machine service is the producing base of the mine enterprise. The right working of large hydraulic machine is the key of mine enterprise' safe producing. Therefore it is necessary for mine enterprise to monitor and diagnose machine service's state with advanced technology.This thesis is based on the traditional ferrogram technology,at the same time,applies the new studies' achievements and computer technology,which has improved and perfected the ferrogram technology. It is believed that the hydraulic monitor and diagnose system not only can forecast the trouble and state of machine but also can optimize system,cut down the ratio that trouble occur and prolong the life of machine.The combination of advanced instrument and software makes an integrated,high efficiency,convenient and applicable monitor and diagnose system for large hydraulic service. The rules of the wear particle has been found and the half-auto diagnose module with the picture navigation has been created,which improve the auto degree. So,it doesn't need much special knowledge to recognize ferrogram any longer. The auto diagnose system for the wear particles with individual characters has been created which improves the auto degree and efficiency. The integrated wear particle atlas system has been created which improves the accuracy of diagnosing and monitoring. It is convenient to build an own wear particle atlas for every machine with the free database model.The creation of the emulating system flat for DCC model is based on the new hydraulic service model (DCC),the multithreading,ActiveX technology,digital image processing technology and the computer visual technology,which can be used to choose the fittings and change the oil path.
