Our company need produce high quantity and high precision plate parts in alimited time. In order to satisfy the need of production and development of ourcompany, it is need to improve the efficient of the product line. The intention of thisthesis is to improve the efficient of the Plate Flexible Product Line. By theinvestigation of the product line, according to the issue of Ioad unequal distributionbetween two rounion tower punches, at first the author use the method of linearregression to put forward a linear mode for calculating the work time and provedthat mode. At second, the author use the method of linear planning to deduced theequal distribution math modes for the high mix and low volume parts between twopunches. At last time, the author illustrated the modes to prove these modes can beuse to solxye the issue of load unequal distribution in the Product Line. In order toextend the method of load distribution among multi-machines, the author stUdy theparts distribution among rnulti-machines and get the distribution modes.
