Metamorphic degree anthracite coal is selected in this thesis, accroding to its high carbon content N mass conjugation n electrons system of aromatic rings and character of graphitization -like structure,to decrease volume resistivity of anthracite by different preparation methods, such as gas phase doping method of iodine, liquid phase doping method of iodine and fused salt doping method of cupric chloride,the doping anthracite were successfully made from anthracite coal.The effects of doping concentration of iodine, doping time, doping temperature and exposure time on volume resistivity of anthracite were studied; and also the effects of solution concentration of cupric chloride, doping time, doping temperature, soking time of cupric chloride and exposure time on the volume resistivity were studied; Anthracitic resistivity has been decreased in dissimilar extent, and furthermore ,volume resistivity stability of the doping anthracite made by liquid phase doping method is more better than gas phase mothed; Resistivity and its stability were better than the doping method of iodine in fused salt doping method of cupric chloride. The results show that volume resistivity of doping anthracite reaches 299.76 Q- cm ,which is 3 times lower than raw coal when solution concentration of cupric chloride is 10%> doping time is 5 hours > doping temperature is 650 癈 and soaking position time is 24 hours.At the same time, morphology structure and phase composition of the doping anthracites are characterized by X-ray diffraction analysis and Scanning electron microscope. In results, at high temperature, anthracite changed from disordering to ordering, and cupric chloride have conducted charge transfer among the aromatic lamella, and CuCl are formed, therefore resitivity are decreased. Another, magnified experiments about kilogram- weight are carried out by fused salt doping method of cupric chloride, chemical modification are processed in-situ modification of high-energy ball mill, it was found that resistivity of modified anthracite rised a little because of the adding of coupling agents. At last, the conductive composites were prepared withmodified doping anthracite as conductive fillers and HDPE as matrix. The volume resistivity of the composites dropped 10 than HDPE when the fillers content is 15 wt.%, and it can be used as antistatic materials; SEM showed favourable compatibility between modified doping anthracite and matrix resin, and more favourable mechanical properties.
