Mass fly ash produced by coal combustion power plants has polluted environment and wasted resource because of low level of resourceful utilization. We are faced with arduous task to put forward new technology and improve the level of resourceful utilization of fly ash.This research based on fly-ash static electric doffing charcoal experimental installation firstly set up in our country has been made. We firstly made research on mechanism of fly-ash grain friction producing electronics, Condition of friction producing electronic and probability of electrical separation. Secondly, we made sure the influence of different material by studying friction tape, such as steel, copper, aluminum, and iron. We analyzed and calculated motion regularity of fly-ash grain in high-voltage static electric field using fluid mechanics and electric field theory. Then we made optimization experiment of working conditions parameter of doffing charcoal system, concluded the influence of voltage 50pole-late interspaces > friction material^soot and dust concentration, optimized working condition parameter of fly-ash doffing charcoal experimental installation. Finally, we evaluated this installation and technology using economic and technological methods.Study shows that, fly ash doffing charcoal experimental installation is technologically practicable. Running test installation shows the percentage of charcoal drops from 9.5% to 3.2%, the doffing-charcoal rate of original fly ash can achieve 64.64%, the productivity can achieve 38.86%. This installation and technology can solve the problem of reduction volume in course of fly-ash resourceful utilization; at the same time has high economic benefit in line with the principle of fly-ash resourceful utilization.
