Working condition charts of the pumping wells is a significant key means in the process of working condition analysis. To maintain efficient production of single well, technical personnel, especially frontline engineers, can adopt pointed measures by those charts,at the meantime upgrade the level of management. As applications become more increasingly run on those charts,it becomes an evaluation criterion of the performance of every oil field, which is from a management system of working condition turn into an evaluation system of new criterion. At present, the working condition exist many problems, especially lacking unification in classification standard, theoretical model and manufacture method of charts. In response to these problems, this paper has sorted, inducted and established the mathematical model of the pump efficiency, and categorized those well into 3 hierarchies which are reservoir type, gas liquid ratio and pump depth.Science evaluation has turned into charts of multidimensional parameters from kinds of two-dimensional charts.Software for evaluation system of working condition management of the pumping wells are programmed using VB.The production data of the working condition of 148 sucker rod pumping wells are calculated, and the accuracy enhanced from 87.1% to 92.3% by compare with results between program and diagnosis. The accuracy of insufficient liquid supplying area is enhanced from 28.6% to 66.7%,and the accuracy of malfunction area is enhanced from 83.3% to 93.3.It shows that research model and the compiled software can improve the accuracy of condition evaluation, which meet the requirements of oil well unified examination fairness and scientific, and improve the management level of the working condition of sucker rod pumping wells and producing effect and benefit.
