One station multi-well production system is a new type of oil production system based on hydraulic driving reciprocating pump,which combines hydraulic technology and oil production technology.The high-pressure liquid transmission is used to replace the sucker rod transmission in the supporting oil production equipment,which not only solves the problem of eccentric wear of sucker rod and tubing,but also has the advantages of low energy consumption,high pump efficiency and wide application scope,and has great development prospects.But at present,the research on the related process parameters of the production system is still in its infancy.Therefore,it is of great theoretical significance and engineering application value to select and design the production equipment,diagnose the working conditions and optimize the production parameters for the one-station multi-well production system.On the basis of studying the technological principle of one-station multi-well production system and the present situation of cluster well production technology,the structure of one-station multi-well production system is designed and studied in this paper.The force analysis model of the moving parts in the mine is deduced,and the calculation methods of the critical value of the driving pressure of the power fluid and the counterweight in the mine during the up and down strokes in the production process are given.The sensitivity analysis of parameters such as hydrodynamic properties,hydrodynamic channel size and cylinder size on wellhead hydrodynamic driving pressure provides a basis for parameter design of hydrodynamic driving reciprocating pump production device.Aiming at the characteristics of hydraulic drive reciprocating pump production,the acquisition method of indicator diagram of hydraulic drive reciprocating pump is studied.The diagnosis result of indicator diagram based on support vector machine shows that SVM classifier can achieve better classification effect under the condition of small samples.After determining the structural parameters of oil production equipment and the diagnostic method of oil production conditions,by coordinating the production capacity of oil wells and the fluid supply capacity of formation,taking the maximum efficiency and the minimum energy consumption under the specified production as the design objective,the optimization strategy of production parameters based on the maximum production was put forward.On the basis of theoretical research,the production parameters optimization software of one-station multi-well production system is developed.Finally,the research content and economic benefit of one-station multi-well production system are analyzed by using the developed software.
