With the rapid development of modern society , The water pollution becomes more serious . The environmental condition of majia River in Harbin get worst these days. , Many pollutant standards have exceed the requirement of national require . The city environmental bureau have succeeded in deal with this problem by using powderd coal ash. The detail mechanism Of such water treatment has not been published before , so in this article . We use a series of analyse instrument to deep into the mechanism of water tveatment by using powderd coal ash. .The powderd coal ash is a complex compound . Its main part is SiO2 and the corresponding salt Si02. Al2O3 . It s a strong absorber agent , both to the polar and nonpolar substance. Can clean these substance with esay . It's ratio area is 6.5m2/g.The experiment snow that the surface of coal ash have extra electron , and it has the Structure of surface of hydroxyl group . This special structure made it . Possible to remove The metal ion . The experimental evidence show that the absorbtion is mainly of chemical character . and also accompany with the coagulation . In a word , the effect of such absorbtion is clue to the special structure of powderd coal ash. This methods of treating waste water is an effective method not only purified the urban waster water , but also have an significant meaning to the enterprise wast water treatment. This management strategy will control and improve water environment situation of Maja river, improve environment quality, guarantee sustainable development of economy, and environment protection , as well as providing some ideas and means for urban water envimment pollution control in other basins which has important academic significance and practically application value.
