Numerical control technology is an automatic control technology developed in modern times, it is a method to control machine tool using numerical information and one of the most important tache of the modern manufacturing technology. In a sense, it has become one of the important symbol that indicates a national manufacturing level. The printed circuit-board NC milling and drilling machine tool is a special NC machine tool .During exploitation and investigate from the control software of the CNC system of Xinjiang University College of mechanical engineering, I improve the CNC system and add some functions.First of all, it uses Borland C++ builder to empolder and bases on Windows operating system. It adapts to the CNC system of Xinjiang University College of mechanical engineering.It has many fine natures, such as encapsulation,inherit etc. It not only keeps super natures of old control system ,but also greatly enhances the whole sysem's agility nature and function. At the same time ,it provide beauty and amity interface.Secondly, the working theory of stepping motor ,the design of control circuit of stepping motor and the design of soft control program are stated in the paper. The new system modify the old soft control programs and drive circuit of stepping motor.Lastly, interpolation technique is the core techniques of numerical control technology. Its quality will affect the quality of numerical control system directly and is the tache in the dire need to be improved at present. In the dissertation interpolation control programs and interpolation theory are researched .Also ,the improved methods are provided.
