In this thesis, the interaction of Ginkgo flavonoids and inorganic ingredients (or traceelements) of Traditional herb medicine-Ginkgo biloba L. in the decoction was investigated, by means of Coordination chemistry and bioinorganic chemistry. The coordinate interplay of Ginkgo flavonoids , such as quercetion and some 3d metallic ions were studies by pH potentiometric titration method, to obtain related parameters and characters of thermodynamics and dynamics, and to deduce the coordination properties of these complexes from above facts. With the help of compute, we obtained the simulation of the chart of distribution of complex species showed that the complex formation taken place in different degrees. Three new complexes , quercetin-Cu( II) , quercetin-Zn(II),quercetin-Co(II) were synthesized and characterized on the basic of UV-Vis,FTIR, FIA/ESI/MS data. Our works make a light for the application of the Coordination chemistry of Chinese Traditional Medicine.
