In the thesis, the essential method of constructing mineral deposit geological model and geological data evaluation is introduced briefly. As a example, developing the geological information data management system of Yimin Open-pit Mine using Visual Basic 6.0 and Microsoft Jet.After researching the mathematical algorithm of drawing edition in the stripping plan CAD, a new algorithm of how to offset a polyline between two points and how to calculate the given volume of rock and coal is put forward . Developing the program of open-pit surveying and stripping plan CAD which using Visual Basic 6.0 and Visual LISP as development language tools to develop AutoCAD for the second time.Finally, the basic theory and method for optimizing flow direction and quantity of rock and coal is expounded. After that, constructing the model of transporting meshwork and flow direction and quantity optimizing of Yimin Open-pit Mine, the model is calculated using the program of the minimum distance in transporting meshwork and flow direction and quantity optimizing.
