The Study On The Embedded PLC Design And Realization Based On The Open NC System

In this paper, some key technologies about CNC software of RPM are studied and discussed.Firstly, the synopsis of Opened CNC system is offered, the present situation and the development trend of Opened CNC system research and the problems now exist are introduced. Secondly, some new study is carried on the CNC system architecture in RPM system. An Opened CNC system about RPM is introduced. Thirdly, according to the features of Opened CNC system, the built-in PLC and simulated the function of the industrial PLC is designed. Fourthly, the compiler of PLC language and the simulation environment and realized the simulated run of built-in PLC on PC are developed.
