Control technology is one of the key technology and experiment foundations of rapid prototyping by electro-deposition with electrolytes jet, which is a new technique for direct metalparts prototyping.The composition and function of rapid prototyping system is analyzed. The system is built up with distributed computing architecture, in which the data processing of CAD models and the field prototyping control is separated, and also the ISO NC code is employed as the data interface of two subsystem.Data processing subsystem is designed and realized with distributed computing architecture and component technology. Field control subsystem is built up with NC+PC mode, object-oriented modularization method and multithread technology.Finally, the experiments of rapid prototyping by electro-deposition with electrolytes jet are progressed on the system. Some experiment conclusion and direct copper prototypes are made.This paper is supported by National Natural Science Foundation of China (CNC Jet Flow Electrocasting and Forming nano-metal, 50175053 ).
