Grinding process is a kind of important processing technology; it has been applied extensively in the production course of high accuracy and the high smooth finish of work piece. Along with industrial development, the requirement of surface roughness etc. and the processing precision for mechanical element is raised increasingly; grinding processing is becoming more important.Because of wrap in grinding associate working superficial friction heat and plasticity and produce high temperature between emery wheel and work piece surface, this kind of high temperature is the major source of grinding error, high temperature have not only increased the remaining stress of work piece surface and micro-crack, and can cause its internal composition, bend, and even cause its internal composition, appearance change. Therefore, research on heat produce mechanics and its affects on workpiece processing quality in processing, and is becoming focal point of grinding processing research.In this paper we use the calculation method of finite element ,and have established the mathematics model of heat calculation, and used for calculation the remaining stress of surfaceand internal layer, deduced related formula , have analyzed the distribution of thermal source, speed and the size of heat flow, the influence for remnant stress.This paper is taking gear grinding as example, use gear engagement principle to establish the coordinate Y7125 gear grinder, deduced line formula for gear grinding engagement.On the base of this, this paper has still created thermal error compensation computer control system of gear grinding, has designed temperature measurement technique and temperature compensation algorithm, adopts VisualBasic programming tool to draw up simple compensation control software, which can realize real-time compensation for grinding temperature error.
