The technology of extraction and separation of polysaccharide from Zizyphus jujuba are studied systematically, and the whole technique flow is described by using the newest microwave technique in a small scale. In this way medical polysaccharide of Zizyphus Jujuba is abtained. The effects of every main factors on extraction ratio are discussed, and the optimum conditions of extraction effective components from zizyphus jujuba are determined with the orthogonal test. Optimum conditions are obtained by using a new method of H2O2-decoloring in alkalescent condition, and effects of correlation factors on decoloring ratio are discussed. The yield ratio of polysaccharide is above 5.26% under these optimum conditions. Compared with traditional decoloring process, this technology has many advantages, such as fewer solvent volume, shorter time of extraction and condensation, which could avoid heating for product in a long time, lower cost and non-pollution. It is more important that this way is able to preserve biological activity.By setting up dissolving-model, author attempts to elucidate the essence of extraction process. It can supply theoretical value for the pilot production in the future and direction for upgrade. Compared to traditional technology of separation, thistechnology is more advanced, which is more short process, lower cost and green industry. So the prospects of industrial practice are bright.
