The Evaluation And Pollution Model Of Atmospherical Environment In FU XIN City

With the developing and further citifying of the society,it is a very important problem to study the evaluation and pollution of cities while we are making for the substantial development policy. It must has momentous and activities theoretical meaning and realistically sense to research the development of environmental science and the system of urban environmental. And the theme "the evaluation and pollution pattern of atmospheric environment in FU XIN municipality" will cast the light on the pollution mechanism and of evaluation study of some cities,one of them like FU XIN city which is transforming from an industrial type city to a georgic one. This paper is based on the conventional research and making forward the follows with the theories and methods which been used by other pollution study bureaus.The research of FU XIN pollution pattern of atmospheric environment:this article disserts on the necessity to study the pollution pattern of atmospheric environment of some city by relating the present polluting situation of some cities in our country. According to the environment conditions,it is the first time to make out the vertical mode of wind field in FU XIN district. At the same time this paper also establishes the point polluting pattern,line polluting pattern and gives the method to define the parameters on the based of gradient transfer theory for atmospheric diffusion. As a result,first time this thesis makes sure the parameters of pollution pattern rather too accurate using the meteorological property and the monitored date,makes out the diffusion regularity of point polluting and line polluting. The paper calculates the concentration of more important pollutants at the spots which are in 50m and 100m distance away from the center of JIE XIN square which is looked as a point pollution and away from the center lines of roads which is looked as line polluting. After the calculating,we compare them with the standard value.The evaluation of atmospheric environment in FU XIN district:the paper decides to use fuzzy mathematics to evaluate the atmospheric environment in FU XIN after comparing and demonstrating several other methods,and disserts on the fundamental principle to use it. it is the first time that we use fuzzy mathematics to evaluate the atmospheric environment in the whole area and in four different departs,and we also discuss the result in depth. The thesis draws out the wind rose at 2000 and attempts to evaluate the new pollution sources by integrating the wind rose and the city planning. It also makes forward the thought to evaluate the new pollution with computer stylization.
