| Mould is a very important equipment of steel-making technics in modern iron and steel enterprise, and in order to ensure that continuous casting production runs successfully, an oscillation device is needed. It drives mould move under a decided oscillation rule. At present, oscillation driven by hydraulic pressure is adopted in foreign country. But in our country study about that is little. Aim at this status, theory study about oscillation driven by hydraulic pressure is developed in this paper.Mould oscillation device is analyzed and summarized in this paper. The mathematics model of oscillation driven by hydraulic pressure is founded using bond graph theory and its system state equation is detruded. Simulate study about the model is done using MATLAB software. In this model, many factors that have a strong impact on the system are considered.In this paper, the thinking of distributing and network control is introduced to electronic-hydraulic servo system. The DCS of oscillation driven by hydraulic pressure is set up with PLC and its net. The composing cell is put forward. Compared with DDC or SCC, this control system can improve security and reduce complexity of installation. In addition, controller and data-base technology are studied deeply in this paper.In this paper, primary study about online monitor and fault diagnosis of mould oscillation device driven by hydraulic pressure is developed. Examine object, monitor method and thinking of fault diagnosis are put forward. HMI and program flow chart of online monitor software is discussed combined with virtual instrument technology. The study is a base for advanced work. |
