The combined rolling ring is a new technology developed for the formation of thick-walled deep groove ring on the basis of ordinary rolling ring.It has the advantages of low energy consumption,high efficiency and high quality forming.It is a large ball valve in energy transportation pipeline such as oil and gas parts,automotive transmission of bilateral gear parts manufacturing has a broad application prospects.However,the current design and research on combined rolling ring equipment is lacking.At present,the hydraulic system is used as the power source,so the working characteristics and control of the hydraulic system directly affect the working performance and energy saving characteristics of the rolling ring equipment.In this paper,the design and performance research of hydraulic servo system for small combined ring rolling machine are carried out.The main contents are as follows:(1)According to the working condition,the action requirement and the technical parameter of the small combined rolling ring machine,the hydraulic system is designed,the key components of the hydraulic system are selected and calculated,and the hydraulic system pressure loss calculation and heat calculation are completed.(2)Based on the AMESim software,the simulation model of the hydraulic servo system of the small composite ring rolling machine is established.The maximum flow coefficient is difficult to be determined by the batch running method.The combined rolling ring The dynamic characteristics of the hydraulic system of the equipment are studied,and the influence of the main parameters on the performance of the main feed hydraulic system is studied.The PID parameters of the hydraulic system are optimized by the software-based algorithm.The optimized parameters reduce the integral value of the position deviation 40.2%.(3)The principle of energy saving of the main feed system,the method of improving the performance of the hydraulic system and the related theory are described,and the hydraulic control system positioning accuracy test and the ring combined rolling experiment are carried out.The accuracy of the hydraulic system design and simulation model is verified by the positioning accuracy of the roll.(4)The overall design of the electronic control system of the composite rolling ring machine is carried out.The software program of combined rolling ring process,manual operation program and initialization procedure were developed by using STEP-7 software,and the control function of combined rolling ring was realized.Using WinCC Flexible configuration software,Process monitoring,historical data query,system parameters input and output interface,to achieve the PLC and man-machine interface data communication.The research provides a reference for the design and commissioning of the hydraulic control system of the combined ring rolling machine,and has certain practical value.
