Study About Outburst Mechnism And The Predicting Method For Full Machined Coal Face

The method for forecasting outbust dangerousness of full mechined coal face is one of the most important problems that must be solved for the safe and efficient work in outburst mine. Facing the inadequate of study about outburst mechanism and the method for forecasting in geology condition and the practical problem about outburst in Shangshu ping and Yangquan mining area,through analysing the mechanism about coal and gas outburst and the method for forecasting and summarizing the charactreistic about outburst,considering the geology condition of the full mechined coal face, the outburst is the appearance about bebing out of stability by friction and deformation, It elaborates the characteristic about outburst, strata stress and gas, mining coal and moving frames which affect on outburst. the change on strata stress and disperses effect on outburst and their each other effect are also studied.Through analysing the strata stress in front of the working face, the unusual change about roof's movement and outburst, the article uses the method that observes the development on front tunnel, also it calls roof of front tunnel's development. It main analyses the strata stress in front of the coal face and makes a lot of experiment. It also inquires into the way and feasibility about forecasting which is realized by indistinct mathematics.According to the limitation-balance theory, inquires into the practical problem about using the drilling crumbs amount index, the sensitivity and critical value of the drilling crumbs amount index to forecast outburst are analyzed.According to the outburst mechanism and the practice of forecasting, it elaborates that uses AE to forecast at any time and drilling hole to forecast must be the tendency to forecast outburst dangerousness.This article is important and has practical significance in putting forward the study about forecasting dangerousness of full mechined coal face.
