Study and analyze importation KIESERLING heavy-duty wire turning line DDKSR 20/40 of Germany that is in cold-drawing workshop, No.4 Plant Changcheng Special Steel Co. We have designed a heavy-duty wire straight line successfully with reversing engineering design. In this paper, study high precision wire-rod two-roll straightening/polishing machine and it analyze the principle, roller-curve, relation between the roller-characteristic and installation angle of two-roll straightening/ polishing machine. The standard equations of the roller-curve have founded with computer program. Qualitative analyzes straightening/polishing principle of roller-curve so as to provide accurate reliable theory foundation for making roller-curve. In this paper, the all transmission system principle and structure parameter are calculated, test and verify, studied analysis completely. The motor, decelerator, shaft coupling and bearing are designed and made in China etc. According to site actual situation, partial structures are improved in order to make it become simple convenient practical and contribute to repair operation for straightening machine. The intensity, rigidity and longevity of the roller-axle, mechanism, bearing and others are calculated and analyzed.
