Study On Improveing ISO Strength Of Portland Cement

Implementing ISO checking method of cement strength has very important significance for technical advancement of cement and improvement of product quality in China. The paper mainly takes Yunnan hongta dianxi cement share limited company for our studying object,and carries through a serious of researches about all kinds of factors,which effect the ISO cement strength of precaliner kiln . Through the researches,we found that the main factors effecting the ISO cement strength were the quality of clinker technics equipments of calcination technics and preparation of cement. In these processes,rates of clinker,composing of mineral,minimal components--RaO,f. CaO,SO3 in the clinker and the granularity,specific surface area,granulometric grading,admixture,plaster of cement,these factors will all effect the ISO cement strength,so we have a systemic and optimizing subject. Aiming at these factors,our main ameliorative measures are:as following:adopting " three-high rates " composition,in a specific way,three rates should choose KH:0.88-0.92,SM:2.6-2.8,IM:1.6-1.8,and controlling the content of R2O,SO3,this method can insure that the content of silicate mineral is higher than 77%,especially the content of C3S is lower than 55%,so it can compensate for insufficient of descending of cement strength resulted by inactive component after implementing the checking method of ISO cement strength. But at the same time of adopting " three-high rates "composition,we must control the technical quality in front of kiln,and intense quality control of raw firing material,decline granularity of raw material to ameliorate clinkerability of raw material,adopt the system of raw material quality control and use homogenization silo of raw material well to stabilize the quality of raw material,this method can create conditions for clinker burning,especially for implementing "three-high rates" composition. Because calcining under high temperature is the key whenimplementing " three-high rates" composition,so we must use advanced technical equipments to ensure improvement of rates. Using this way,we can enhance ISO strength of clinker. In the prepared process of cement grinding,granularity specific surface area> granulometric grading are the direct results effecting ISO cement strength,and because of difference of cement species,admixture and plaster doping in cement also effect ISO cement strength. If we enlarge specific surface area of cement,we can enhance primeral cement strength efficiently,if we use efficient grinding equipments,so we can increase the content of 3-32 u m particles,and it can enhance ISO cement strength especially 28-days strength. The experiments proved that above measures were very useful for enhancing the ISO cement strength. So for enhancing the ISO cement strength of precaliner kiln,these researches have certain value of reference in technique,and significance of production in concrete factory.
