This paper is the research and preparation of porous solid adsorbent for the glass microsphere, as well as the preliminary research of the aperture controllability of the microspheres and the adsorption performance in liquid. At the same time,we have designed new glass microsphere equipment and its technology.Using the specific ingredient ,through grinding, phase separation acid treatment and membranous dealing , we study the how to control the aperture of the porous glass microsphere ,and get the porous glass microshere with diameter of 1-3 m and aperture of 5-10nm.Using N2 adsorption means , we get its N2 adsorption isothenrm, specific surface and pore distribution plot.Through the comparison of ingredient, the phase separation temperature and time, acid treatment time, we get the best technology of how to control the aperture of the porous glass microsphere.Through the experiment of porous glass microsphere adsorb phenol, polyethlene and polyprophylene,we get the adsorption isotherm.At last ,the effective means of control the aperture of porous glass microsphere as well as the means of increasing the adsorption amount of porous glass microsphere is proposed.
