The Study For Making And Adsorption Of Porous Glass Microsphere

As a kind of porous solid adsorbents, porous glass microsphere was studied and manufactured. In addition,its adsorption feature in the fluid phase was also investigated in this thesis. we get Na20-B203-Si02 system glass ingredient that suits to manufacture porous glass microsphere and design novel manufacturing device.Using above ingredient, Through grinding~ phase seperation~ acid treatment and membranous dealing, we get the poruous glass microsphere with diameter of 1 lOi,i m and pore size of lOnm.Using N2 adsorption means,we get its N2 adsorption isotherm~ specific surface and pore distribution plot.Through the experiment of porous glass microsphere adsorb phenol. polyethlene and ployprophylene ,we get their adsorption isotherm.At last, The effective means of increasing the adsorption amount of porous glass microsphere is proposed.
