This article basing on the cellulase finining ,anti-crease and anti-bacterial finishing and relative theory of cotton woven fabric finds an explorative finishing way of pure cotton knitted fabric. The production and application of cellulase has been eighty years interiorly and abroad. In early 30s, cellulase has been used as detergent which can improve the capability of cleanser and make fabrics smooth, in late 80s, with the study and development of enzyme preparation, cellulase has been used widely for bio-smoothening in order to replace stone-cleansing, which has gained more progress. Because of specificity and high efficiency, the catalytic efficiency of cellulase is high(more 103~1013 times than general catalysts), the condition of catalytic reaction is mild and the catalytic activation can be adjusted and controlled, which can improve remarkably semblance and handle of fabrics during finishing fabrics by biological catalyzing, moreover cellulase can replace some chemical materials such as acid, cocain, chlorine and phosphorus etc, so as to decrease pollution, make no waste-water and protect environment. Meanwhile cellulase has no poison, is degraded biologically and cause no environmental pollution, it is well known that cellulase is an environmental permitted and green process of dyeing. This paper selects two biological enzymes that have usual usage in market ?cellulase R-10 and cellulase ECS2610. Since American settled the crease problem of cotton woven fabric firstly 20s this century, the finishing of cotton woven fabric is much more mature, gets the finishing agent the environment permitted, mature finishing method and excellent finishing end. In addition, the research of the anti-crease finishing theory of cotton woven fabric is very integrated. The traditional anti-crease agent is N-methylon resin, but it will release formaldehyde during the processing and wearing, Formaldehydeis a toxic substance which irritate eyes, skin and mucosa, still has the potential possibility bringing cancer to people. With the enhance of people' s alarm of environmental protection, many countries have imposed limitations on formaldehyde content in the textile. In 60s, in order to solve the long-standing problem of formaldehyde, intense researches have been done on the replacement of N-methylon resins by innovated 2D resin and polycarboxylic acid as wrinkle resistant finish for pure cotton fabric. Making the traditional agent ?N-methylon agent etherificational or esterizational modification can get innovated 2D resin and the environmental permitted formaldehyde release. The more researches for no-formaldehyde agent have been done on polycarboxylic acid, the most effective one among of them is 1, 2, 3, 4-butanetetracarboxylic acid(BTCA), which can gain very good finishing end of cotton fabric. But the cost of BTCA is rather high, fabrics finished with BTCA have yellowing and much tenacity loss, which hinder directly large-scale usage in industry. For seeking replacements, citric acid(CA) and terpolymer raaleic acid B which are environmental protecting agents have been studied recently in dyeing field, and are anti-crease agents which are as good as the traditional 2D resin on efficiency and price. However, the finishing end of citric acid is not better than BTCA, the price of citric acid is rather lower which has the costing advantage for large-scale application, and it is necessary to study deeply for enhancing the finishing end. I select two polycarboxylic acid agents without formaldehyde that have the most abroad usage in market梒itric acid(CA) and maleic B to deal with pure cotton knitted fabric. Chitosan is a material of chitin deacetylation, it has been used extensively all fields on account of rich resourses and special properties such as excellent bio-degradation, bio-compatibility, no poison, without pollution etc. In late 60s, Allan provided that chitosan has extensive anti-bacterium,then many scholars had studied the anti-bacterial faces of chitosan.
